Shipping.

We currently offer complimentary shipping nationwide (including Puerto Rico) via USPS Priority Mail. We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $25 to Canada, the United Kingdom, etc. via USPS International Priority Mail. If you are interested in international shipping to your country and it is not listed, please email us at pr@thevelanegra.com and we will do our best to make it happen!

All orders are made by hand and fulfilled in scheduled batches. Orders placed between the 1st and 20th of the month are shipped the first week of the following month. Fragrances from the Founding Collection are available quarterly and ship the first week of the following month. Please review the description of the collection you ordered from for full details of your order.

Return Policy.

Due to the nature of our product and each candle being individually prepared and poured, all sales are final and used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused candles may be exchanged for another fragrance within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanged items.

We pack all candles with care, but in the event that products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will gladly send a replacement to you at no additional cost. Photographic proof must be provided via email to pr@thevelanegra.com within 7 days of delivery.

Undeliverable or returned item.

Once your order is delivered to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

Please be sure that you enter your delivery address correctly and that USPS/UPS has access to your delivery area. If your order is returned to us and labeled as unable to delivery, you are responsible for shipping costs related to sending your order back out to you.
